About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier cum Manager to manage daily billing, cash handling, store operations, and customer service at our dairy and sweets outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
Operate the billing/POS system and generate accurate bills.
Maintain daily sales and cash records.
Supervise day-to-day shop operations.
Manage and monitor stock of dairy products and sweets.
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth store operations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Monitor product availability, expiry dates, and proper storage.




Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.
Support staff scheduling and task allocation.
Maintain proper opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, retail, dairy, sweets, food, or similar business.
Good knowledge of billing and cash handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage staff and daily store operations.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
