Responsibilities:
Participate in requirement elicitation and technical discussions to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design specifications.
Integrate Maxwell solutions/electronics components into customer systems(vehicle/energy storage systems) through thorough documentation, onboarding and customer visits.

Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field, 2025 passout having 8 GPA or above.
Proficiency in embedded system engineering, digital/analog electronics, and communication protocols (CAN, J1939, SPI).
Solid programming skills in Embedded C and familiarity with JSON for data exchange, python for data parsing/analysis




Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
Preferably familiar with industry standards such as ISO26262, UL standards, and AIS.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a rapid-paced workplace.
Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
Ability to engage in requirement elicitation, technical negotiation, and stakeholder management.
