Purpose




The HSSE Manager – SBM India monitors HSSE matters related to the local project team members and contractors in ensuring that the Project complies with the project requirement i.e. specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to the project. He will report any issue / deviation to the Project HSSE Manager.
As HSSE Manager for SBM India, you will support SBM India growth for all health, safety, security and workplace matters.

Responsibilities
You support Senior Management in the development of HSSE Policy and Guidelines.
You assist Senior Management in defining local organizational roles and responsibilities, particularly concerning safety aspects.
When requested, you support Senior Management in the issuance of HSSE Management System process and procedures.
You ensure the local implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company HSSE Systems, in line with corporate guidelines.
You monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environmental System procedur
