Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and program benefits.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with students and parents.
Update CRM and other admission-related databases regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Student Counseling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.




Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Academic sector will be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
