Your key responsibilities
Align UX vision with business goals, regulatory constraints, and client needs
Drive simplification of complex workflows
Establish design best practices across teams and domains
Create a strong UX culture within engineering-led product teams
Own UX design across end-to-end journeys
Partner closely with:
Product owners (roadmap alignment)
Engineering teams (APIs, microservices, Kafka, UI integration)
Run workshops,



discovery sessions, and design sprints
Influence product requirements to incorporate UX early in the lifecycle
Work within Agile/Scrum environments
Support MVP-based delivery and continuous iteration

Your skills and experience
Strong knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices.
Working knowledge of platform configuration, including flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
