Accounts Manager - Construction Company

Responsibilities
Manage overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/creditor accounts, and statutory compliance.
Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate documentation.
Prepare MIS reports, project cost analysis, and support audits.
Oversee vendor payments, creditor reconciliations, and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounts within the construction industry.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Must be proficient in the latest version of Tally and MS Excel.
Proven experience in team management.
Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
