Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Field Work
Conduct regular site visits and meet interior decorators, architects, contractors, and clients.
Generate new business opportunities and develop sales leads.
Promote and sell plywood, laminates, and related products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Warehouse / Godown Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the plywood and laminate warehouse/godown.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Coordinate loading, unloading, dispatch,



and material movement.
Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of plywood and laminate products.
Maintain stock registers, invoices, delivery records, and related documentation.
Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams regarding stock requirements.
Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience is mandatory.:
Prior knowledge and experience in plywood and laminates is mandatory.:
Experience in building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to independently handle field sales and warehouse responsibilities.
Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Commerce background is preferred.:
