Database Management: Design and maintain databases or data systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Analysis & Modeling: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to solve specific business problems.
Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data stories using graphs, charts, and dashboards to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Define, establish, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.
Proficiency in SQL (for data extraction), Excel (for analysis and reporting), and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (for visualization). Programming languages like Python or R are often preferred.
