Job Title: Junior AccountantAbout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant who is eager to build a career in the field of Accounting and Taxation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain practical exposure to domestic and international accounting practices while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording day-to-day financial transactions.
Support the preparation of bank reconciliations, financial reports, and management reports.
Help in preparing tax working papers and basic tax return documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain accounting records with accuracy.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Organize and maintain financial documents and supporting records.
Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP systems.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or pursuing/completed CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior internship experience in accounting or taxation will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
