We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.
This is a great chance for freshers who want to build a career in US recruitment, IT staffing, business development, or bench sales, as well as experienced professionals who already understand the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify IT specialists and job seekers across the USA and Canada using LinkedIn, job portals, qualified networks, and other online platforms.
Introduce our recruitment, staffing, and career-support services in a clear and qualified manner.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, responses, and follow-ups.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion.
Work closely with recruiters and the bench sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff.
Pay: ₹10,081.87 - ₹15,000.00 per month
