Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales role for freshers, based in Wadala. The Inside Sales team member will engage with potential and existing customers over phone, email, and other channels to explain services, answer queries, and generate leads. The role involves following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and supporting the sales pipeline through regular outreach and relationship building. The individual will work closely with senior sales and recruitment staff to understand client requirements, schedule appointments or meetings, and assist in achieving sales and business development targets. The position also includes learning and adhering to internal processes, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with clients over phone and email.
Basic sales and customer service aptitude, such as willingness to make outbound calls, handle objections, and build long-term client relationships.
Foundational computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools, email, and basic data entry in CRM or spreadsheets.
Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work diligently toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation.
Any prior internship or project experience in sales, customer support, or HR services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; freshers are encouraged to apply.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and a strong interest in building a career in sales and HR services.
