Role Description The Industrial Designer will support the design and development of 3D-printed home décor products, working in office at the New Delhi studio. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing product ideas, creating sketches and 3D models, assisting in prototyping, and refining designs based on feedback and user needs. The intern will collaborate with the design team to apply design thinking principles, contribute to product development cycles, and help translate creative concepts into manufacturable designs.



This is an internship role with hands-on exposure to industrial design workflows, 3D printing processes, and customized décor projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Industrial Design and Product Design, with the ability to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional products.
Hands-on experience or coursework in Prototyping and Product Development, including working with physical models or 3D-printed prototypes.
Ability to apply Design Thinking to understand user needs, solve problems creatively, and iterate on design solutions.
Proficiency with 2D/3D design and modeling software (e.g., CAD tools such as Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Attention to detail, strong visual sensibility, and an interest in sustainable and customized décor products.
Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple design tasks.
Familiarity with 3D printing processes and materials is an advantage, as is a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
