Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a robust design sensibility, space planning expertise, material knowledge, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution
Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentations
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts,



and working drawings
Coordinate with 3D visualizers to develop realistic design presentations
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
Manage client meetings, understand requirements, and present design solutions
Work closely with project execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained on site
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for timely delivery
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related challenges during execution
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards
Mentor junior designers and support the growth of the design team

Requirements
4–6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or premium interior projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office
Solid understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and execution detailing
