Job Title: Business Development Associate & Personal Assistant (Health & Emergency Programs)

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic, highly communicative and sharp individual to join our team. You will play a dual role: driving the growth of our health and emergency response workshops and managing day-to-day client relations. This role offers high flexibility with massive financial upside for a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, meet, and pitch to corporate clients, institutions, or community leads to book workshops.
Workshop Coordination: Manage logistics, attendee communication, and on-ground execution for 2 to 4 workshops per month.

Executive Support:



Manage schedules, client follow-up.

Growth Marketing: Utilize digital media, social networks, and personal contacts to scale workshop bookings.

What We Are Looking For:
Exceptional Communication: Fluent, persuasive, and highly skilled speaking and presentation skills.

Strong Presentation: Smart, confident, and polished professional appearance.Adaptability: Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays when workshops are live.

Qualifications

No Education Bar: Your drive, personality, and communication skills matter more than degrees.

Salary.Basic+incentive based.(total 80000-1500000per annum)
