Job Description Blurring Boundaries is hiring Architectural Drafters | Mumbai
n Blurring Boundaries is a Mumbai-based architecture studio working on contextual, sustainable and nature-driven projects across India.
n Our work explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, climate and materials — creating spaces that are rooted in their surroundings while pushing the boundaries of contemporary design.
n We are looking for an Architectural Drafter (2–15 years experience) to join our growing team and support the development of architectural drawings across various stages of projects.
n Role & Responsibilities
n • Prepare accurate architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations and details
n • Develop working drawings and documentation based on the design intent
n • Translate design ideas into explicit and precise drawings for execution
n • Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants and project teams
n • Assist in detailing, revisions and drawing coordination through project stages
n • Maintain drawing standards, accuracy and documentation quality
n • Support project teams during design development and construction stages
n What we are looking for
n • Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
n • Good knowledge of building details, materials and construction processes
n • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n • Ability to understand design intent and translate it into technical drawings
n • Ability to work collaboratively with architects, consultants and site teams
n • Experience in residential, hospitality or contextual architecture projects will be an advantage
n Software Skills
n • AutoCAD (essential)
n • Knowledge of SketchUp / Rhino will be an advantage
n • Familiarity with rendering and visualisation tools is preferred
n Candidates with 2–15 years of experience are welcome to apply. The role and responsibilities will be aligned based on experience and skill level.
n Candidates should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate independently.
