n Prior experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lead generation is mandatory.
n
n We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to help build our US healthcare sales pipeline. You should have hands-on experience generating leads for RCM, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Management, Credentialing, or related healthcare services .
n Key Responsibilities
n • Identify and research physicians, medical practices, clinics, healthcare groups, and other potential RCM clients across the US.
n • Identify key decision-makers including practice owners, physicians, practice managers, administrators, and billing/finance leaders.
n • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, directories, cold outreach, and other proven channels.
n • Build accurate prospect lists with verified contact information.
n • Initiate outreach and generate qualified appointments for the Business Development team.




n • Maintain lead activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
n • Consistently achieve lead and appointment-generation targets.

n Who Should Apply
n • Minimum 1+ year of lead generation experience specifically within US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing .
n • Good understanding of the US healthcare provider ecosystem and RCM services.
n • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, databases, and CRM tools.
n • Strong written and spoken English.
n • Proven ability to generate qualified US healthcare leads and appointments.
n
n Important: Candidates with general IT/BPO lead-generation experience but no prior RCM/Medical Billing experience will not be considered.
