Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Process Reviews, and Compliance engagements.
- Conduct walkthroughs of business processes and identify process gaps.
- Prepare audit work papers, reports, and documentation.
- Support statutory audit, IFC testing, SOX compliance, and risk assessments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and exceptions.
- Interact with client teams for information gathering and issue resolution.
- Assist seniors/managers in project execution and reporting.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments, if required.

Preferred Profile

- CA Inter/IPCC cleared.
- Prior internship/articleship exposure in Audit, Risk, or Consulting will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a qualified consulting environment.
