Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective

students and families through program selection and admissions decisions. The role focuses on

understanding student goals, explaining academic pathways clearly, building trust, and converting

enquiries into enrolments.

This position blends counselling, relationship -building, and admissions follow -up. The ideal candidate

should be comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling objections, and helping them make

informed education decisions.

Role Description:
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual

meetings, and in-person counselling sessions




Provide one -to-one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working

specialists exploring upskilling programs
Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility

requirements, and career support offerings
Act as a trusted advisor by mapping student goals to suitable programs across Data Science, AI,

Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related domains
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and conduct structured follow -ups across the admissions

lifecycle
Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling, objection handling, and

relationship-driven closing techniques
Manage the end -to-end admissions process — from initial inquiry through enrolment

confirmation and onboarding readiness
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow -ups, and conversion progress within internal

tracking systems
Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion performance tar
