To be successful as a Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer , you should have experience with:
Robust Apex development experience including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and contemporary Salesforce UI development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
Experience designing scalable Salesforce data models and enterprise-grade solutions.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
Proficiency with Git, branch management strategies,



and source-driven development.
Ability to lead technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards and best practices.
Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance across project teams.
Ability to estimate effort, identify technical risks, and drive delivery commitments.
Experience collaborating with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset with experience leading end-to-end feature delivery and release execution.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
Knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise Design Patterns (fflib) and framework-based development.
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
