WHAT WILL YOU DO?n As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
n • Making outbound calls to prospective customers
n • Speaking with customers and understanding their requirements
n • Building rapport and developing customer relationships
n • Explaining products and services clearly
n • Following up with prospective customers
n • Converting opportunities into sales
n • Working towards individual and team targets
n • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
