Job Description About the Companyn D.K. Fiberglass Industry (DKFI) is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of FRP and G10 epoxy laminated insulation components, serving electrical and industrial customers in India and internationally. With in-house manufacturing and precision machining, DKFI produces fiberglass epoxy sheets, blocks, tubes, angles, and CNC-machined components used in dry-type transformers, switchgear, electrical panels, and busbar insulation systems — supplying OEMs worldwide with consistent quality and reliable supply.
About the Rolen We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and represent the company in business meetings across India. The role requires a solid understanding of our production process and order flow so that customer commitments, delivery timelines, and logistics are handled realistically and professionally.
Key Responsibilitiesn Business Development & Sales
n • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
n • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
n • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, quotations, negotiation, order closing, and follow-up.
n • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
n • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
n Client Meetings & Travel
n • Conduct in-person business meetings with clients within Gujarat and across other states in India, as required.
n • Be available for outstation travel on short notice to meet clients, attend exhibitions, or close deals.
n • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits.
n Production Line & Order Coordination
n • Maintain a working understanding of the production process for FRP/GPO3/G10/G11 sheets, blocks, tubes, angles,



and CNC-machined components.
n • Track where each client order stands in the production line, and proactively communicate realistic delivery timelines to customers.
n • Coordinate with the production and planning team to align order commitments with actual manufacturing capacity and schedules.
n • Flag potential delays or production bottlenecks to management and clients in advance.
n Logistics & Dispatch
n • Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team to track shipment status for client orders.
n • Ensure clients are kept informed on dispatch schedules, transporter details, and expected delivery dates.
n • Assist in resolving logistics-related issues (delays, documentation, transport coordination) as they arise.
n CRM & Reporting
n • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, clients, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
n • Ensure all client communication and deal status is logged in CRM on a daily basis.
n • Use CRM data to plan follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Requirementsn • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
n • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Gujarat and other parts of India.
n • Basic understanding of manufacturing/production workflows, or willingness to learn the company's production process in depth.
n • Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining disciplined daily records.
n • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while travelling.
n • Must be able to work full time from the office; this role does not offer work-from-home.
Compensation & Timingn • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
n • Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
n • Work Mode: In-office, compulsory attendance. Not a remote/work-from-home position.
