n Who are we looking for?
n An experienced inside-sales professional who meets the following criteria:
n n Minimum one year of experience in EdTech, SaaS, insurance, banking, or healthcare sales.
n Qualified communication skills in English and Telugu (Mandatory).
n Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
n n
n Roles & Responsibilities:
n n Handle 100+ outbound calls per day to qualify leads and achieve targets set by management.
n Connecting with clients (students & parents)



and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails.
n Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients.
n Following up with clients to clear their concerns and handling negotiations.
n Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)
n Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel.

n Work Requirements:
n n Laptop with Windows OS (minimum 8GB RAM & 128GB SSD) and a webcam
n n
n Work Schedule:
n Working days: Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday
n Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (8.5 Productive hours + 1 hour - Lunch + 30 mins Break)
n
n Compensation Package: Up to 5LPA(Fixed) + 2LPA(Variable)
n Probation period: 2 Months
