About the Role

Our Client is looking for a agile and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to support its finance function from India while closely collaborating with the finance and leadership teams in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, coupled with a sound understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP). ng.Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM costing, overhead allocation, and variance analys
is.Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and plant performance to improve operational efficien
cy.Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain,



and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporti

Desired Pro
file
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experi
ence.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing organiza
tion.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to US accounting pract
ices.Hands-on experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing fin
ance.Experience working with US-based stakeholders or multinational manufacturing companies will be highly prefe
