As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team and create technology products that help people have the best healthcare experience they have ever had. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and people, who wants to create amazing products. The ideal candidate will be someone who has deep technical expertise across a range of technologies, a track record of delivery, along with experience in building high-performance teams.

The Successful Applicant
Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers in the development and maintenance of technology products
Working with Product Management, develop the long-term strategy for your team and translate it into achievable goals




Understanding how all architectural elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop engineering and testing approaches that fit the overall strategy
Push for decisions to be made effectively and remove blockers that impede team progress. Drive team goals forward by organising the team's work and setting appropriate milestones.
Deliver regular updates within the team and to leadership
