Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Statistics Tutor for a full time remote role. The tutor will actively engage students through structured online sessions, deliver concept-driven lessons for international curricula, and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes by strengthening analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver live online Statistics classes for international curricula (IB / AP / SAT / other global boards)
Explain statistical concepts clearly using real-world datasets, case studies, and practical applications
Build strong conceptual understanding in areas such as probability, data analysis, inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing
Design and execute customized lesson plans based on individual student learning needs
Create and share high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, and practice assessments
Assign, review, and evaluate homework, tests, and statistical projects
Facilitate interactive discussions to enhance critical thinking and quantitative reasoning




Provide additional academic support to students requiring extra assistance
Maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents
Track, document, and regularly report student progress and performance

Skills Required
Proven experience teaching Statistics for IB, AP, or other international curricula
Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics across multiple levels
Ability to simplify complex statistical methods and formulas into easy-to-understand explanations
Excellent communication and student-engagement skills
Strong written communication with high attention to detail
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience (formal or informal)
Comfortable teaching students in an online environment
Proactive, adaptable, and student-centric approach to teaching

Timings
8 hours a day between 6 AM–9 AM and 4 PM–10 PM
Week off can be given on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
