Siebel ABS / Assignment Manager Consultant – Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Consultant with solid expertise in Appointment Booking System (ABS) and Assignment Manager . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and configuring these functionalities together in previous Siebel CRM projects.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in configuring and implementing Siebel Appointment Booking System (ABS) and Assignment Manager together.
Strong understanding of ABS architecture, concepts, and configuration .
Experience defining and managing Assignment Rules, Assignment Objects, Assignment Criteria, and Assignment Manager workflows .
In-depth knowledge of ABS Constraints , Schedules, time slots, and resource allocation.
Hands-on experience with Siebel Field Service modules, including service activities, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
