Role Description The Video Faculty role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, the Video Faculty will plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons through recorded and live video sessions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing scripts or teaching outlines, presenting concepts on camera, and collaborating with instructional designers and editors to refine content. The role also involves responding to learner feedback, updating teaching materials as needed, and maintaining consistency in teaching style and academic rigor across all video modules. The Video Faculty will participate in team meetings, training sessions,



and periodic on-site activities to align with organizational standards and academic goals.
Qualifications

- Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant academic or professional domain, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or present on camera, including confident communication skills, professional demeanor, and comfort with video recording and live sessions.
- Experience in lesson planning, curriculum alignment, and creating structured teaching materials such as scripts, presentations, and assessments.
- Familiarity with basic educational technology tools, video conferencing platforms, and learning management systems used for online or blended learning.
- Excellent command of English (and any additional relevant languages, if required), with robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including content developers, editors, and technical staff, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area; prior teaching, training, or coaching experience is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to learner-centric teaching, openness to feedback, and willingness to adapt teaching methods for diverse learner needs.
