Amazon's Global Procurement Organization is on a mission to transform how procurement works at Amazon scale. We build the technology that powers billions of dollars in purchasing decisions, and We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of technical solutions and programs focused on inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon's global operations. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy — where your work directly influences how Amazon procures and manages supplies at scale.

In This Role, You Will
Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that modernize how non-inventory supplies are managed across Amazon's global network of sites.
Collaborate deeply with business partners and technology teams within the Operations business unit to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing software and hardware deployed at Amazon Operations sites worldwide
Actively participate in architecture and design discussions,



leveraging a robust understanding of AWS services to drive the right technical decisions and trade-offs
Independently identify and resolve integration challenges across external and internal teams, driving alignment without requiring constant escalation
Champion the use of AI and machine learning tools to automate workflows, surface insights, and transform procurement technology
Define program strategy, set objectives, manage roadmaps, and drive delivery across multiple engineering teams and organizations
Proactively identify risks, transparent blockers, and accelerate progress by driving crisp, timely decisions
Communicate program status, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership including Directors and VPs
