CityLaila Global Travel is looking for an experienced B2B travel professional to build and lead our B2B international holiday business from our Bengaluru office.
This is not just a travel-agent sales position.
We are looking for somebody who can take complete ownership of:
Agent acquisition → agent activation → enquiry → quotation → package conversion → supplier coordination → payment → booking → repeat business.
The successful candidate should already understand the Indian B2B travel ecosystem and ideally have relationships with travel agents, DMCs, suppliers and tourism partners in India and international markets.

SIC/private transfers

4. DMC & Supplier Network Development
You will continuously identify and negotiate with:

Ground-handling companies
Responsibilities include:
Negotiate B2B rates.

We want somebody who thinks:
Can we buy this better, package it better and sell it better?
5. B2B Sales & Revenue Ownership
This is a commercially accountable position.
You will own:
Monthly B2B sales.
Gross profit.
Agent activation.
Repeat bookings.
Conversion rate.
Outstanding collections.
Destination-wise performance.
Sales pipeline.
You should be comfortable working with ambitious revenue and gross-profit targets.
6. Lead & CRM Management
Every B2B enquiry must be properly managed.
Responsibilities include:

Ensure enquiries are assigned immediately.
Track quotation turnaround time.
Monitor follow-ups.
Review lost enquiries.
Identify reasons for lost bookings.
Maintain accurate CRM stages.
