This in office role supports day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and revenue cycle operations for clinical services.

About The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced clinical finance team responsible for accurate billing, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. You will work on-site across accounting operations—handling invoices, collections, payroll, tax compliance, and month-end close—ensuring financial integrity that directly impacts patient experience and clinic performance.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting: record journal entries, maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping for clinic operations.
Prepare and issue patient invoices, process payments, reconcile receipts and maintain accounts receivable aging.




Execute bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records to support financial audits and internal controls.
Handle statutory compliance including GST returns, TDS calculations and timely filings in coordination with tax advisors.
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain payroll registers and statutory contributions.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare basic MIS reports (revenue, collections, expense summaries) for management.
