Job Description

The AI/GenAI Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions. This role focuses on building scalable models, supporting automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI/GenAI Development & Implementation
Develop and maintain AI/GenAI models and applications tailored to business needs.
Collaborate on solution design, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
Support the development of chatbots and automation flows using LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks, fine tuning
Evaluate, develop AI/GenAI solution with LLMs from leading providers (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Llama).
Contribute to the integration of AI tools into existing systems and workflows.

Infrastructure & Technology Stack




Assist in designing and deploying infrastructure components for AI workloads across on-premise and cloud settings.
Work with Azure services such as MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.

Security & Compliance
Implement security controls to safeguard data and models.
Ensure AI solutions comply with internal security and governance standards.

Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Support training sessions and create documentation to enable users and developers.
Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to a community of practice.

Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for deployed AI solutions, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
