Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Mandatory:
6 – 10 years of experience in Business Development / International Sales.
3+ years of experience selling BPO,



ITES, outsourcing, staffing, or technology services.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Hands-on experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).

Preferred:
Direct exposure working with international clients and global markets.
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales platforms.
