The Role

As a Client Partner,



you will own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role combining customer success, account management, and revenue ownership. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business outcomes while driving renewals, expansion, and long-term partnerships .

Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of enterprise / strategic accounts with end-to-end responsibility
Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
Drive customer success outcomes including adoption, retention, and satisfaction
Own renewals, upsell, and cross-sell revenue targets
Partner with customers to understand business goals and align LeadSquared solutions accordingly
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level discussions
Identify growth opportunities and create account expansion strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experience
