Job Title: Current Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Job Location: Kharkhoda/Gurgaon/Manesar/Gujarat

Education Required: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

Experience Required:

For B.Tech:2.5 - 3.5 Years

For Diploma:4 - 9 Years

Job Responsibilities
Track Recent model development progress with a focus on project milestones and timeline adherence
Understand concern areas reported in trial stages and study countermeasure plans with PE teams
Discuss with PE teams and identify root causes and countermeasures for quality issues
Monitoring pending issues and ensuring closure within the time frame
Coordinate with various Departments for issues resolutions

Competencies / Skills
Understanding of 4-wheeler development and manufacturing process. EV knowledge will be an added advantage
Hands-on experience with project management tools
Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.
Basic knowledge ofAutocad & MS office
Positive Communication & presentation skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, and a team player.
