Role Objective

As a Business Development Associate, you will lead regional market expansion. Your role combines

B2B territory management (onboarding premium retail and corporate accounts) with leading high-

impact, direct-to-consumer experiential brand setups across premium lifestyle fests, corporate hubs, and

major events in Bengaluru.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
B2B Market Penetration: Pitch to, onboard, and manage relationships with premium

supermarkets, key retail accounts, and distribution networks.




Experiential Brand Activations: Conceptualize, launch, and directly oversee the end-to-end

operations of TAD’s high-footfall micro-retail setups and experiential brand spaces at city

events.
On-Ground Consumer Strategy: Lead live product storytelling and consumer interaction at

our activation zones to optimize direct sales velocity and capture market feedback.
Account Analytics: Track regional sales volume, manage inventory distribution, and analyze

field data to drive local pricing and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile
Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and sharp negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable leading on-ground operations and managing live project

spaces.
Fluency in English;
knowledge of the local market vernacular (Kannada) is highly

advantageous for regional execution.
Must possess high agility, drive, and a personal two-wheeler for m
