Job PurposeWe are seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) L2 Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining OCI cloud services and infrastructure. The engineer will manage operational activities, troubleshoot incidents, monitor cloud resources, and ensure high availability of OCI workloads. The ideal candidate has robust hands-on experience across OCI compute, networking, storage, database, security, and backup services.Job Description
Provide L2 support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure settings
Troubleshoot and resolve OCI infrastructure incidents and service requests
Monitor OCI resources and ensure platform availability
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
Support cloud provisioning, maintenance, and optimization activities
Participate in infrastructure
