Auri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are committed to providing exceptional client experiences through high-quality treatments and personalized care.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive & Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling enquiries and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide a warm, qualified experience.
Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and aftercare.
Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.
Coordinate with the PMU artist to ensure smooth client flow.
Process payments, generate invoices,



and maintain client records.
Capture treatment photos and videos for social media and marketing (with client consent).
Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and client hospitality.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and following up on enquiries.
Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
