Job Purpose:

To assist technicians and service advisors in vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and maintaining service quality standards as per Mahindra guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Support senior technicians in repair and maintenance tasks.
Perform basic diagnostic checks and assist in resolving vehicle issues.
Ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area.
Update job cards and assist in preparing service reports.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills:
Basic automobile knowledge.
Willingness to learn and grow in the service department.
Valuable teamwork and discipline.

Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
