Job Description:

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Purchase

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
To oversee and ensure the timely delivery of all equipment and materials to the plant location.
To monitor excess inventory levels before initiating current purchase requests to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
To release defect-free purchase orders, share them with suppliers and ensure all purchase segments meet delivery requirements.
To monitor stock levels against the production plan for all materials and arrange timely deliveries to meet production schedules.
To review, monitor, and execute pending purchase requests with an actionable plan to ensure seamless procurement processes.
To float inquiries, arrange offers from suppliers, and manage the supplier selection process.
To take the approval from purchase head, user head and plant head before purchase.
To check purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before sending them to suppliers.




To monitor pending purchase orders and organize their execution to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment.
To arrange transportation of materials from vendors to the company.
Ensure on time delivery of the material which indicates effective coordination and timely procurement processes.
Ensures smooth supplier transactions and compliance with delivery requirements.
Ensure short time for order fulfillment reflect streamlined processes and quick decision-making.
Ensure high compliance rates and positive supplier feedbac
