Job Description:

Position: Store Executive

Location: Umbergaon - Vapi

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Stores Operations
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
Maintain systematic storage practices and designated material locations.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.
Monitor material movement within the factory premises.
Inventory Control & Record Maintenance
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Tally/Excel systems.
Track stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and assist in stock reconciliation.
Report inventory discrepancies for corrective action.
Maintain stock registers and inventory documentation.
Material Receipt & Issue
Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
Record material consumption, returns, and stock movements.




Coordinate material inward and outward activities.
Update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue records on a timely basis.
Label Printing & Barcode Activities
Generate and print product labels, barcode labels, and dispatch labels as per production and customer requirements.
Verify the accuracy of label information before printing and issuance.
Maintain records relating to label issuance and barcode generation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams regarding label requirements.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain stores-related documents, registers, and records.
Prepare stock reports and inventory-related MIS as required.
Ensure proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, inward records, and material movement documents.
Maintain barcode-related inventory records and supporting documentation.
Coordination
Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding material requirements and
