Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, target audience preferences, and market trends in the QSR industry.
Define and communicate the brand's positioning, personality, and value proposition to differentiate Ajay’s in the competitive marketplace.
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify prospects for brand growth and innovation.
Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive foot traffic to our outlets, and increase sales.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and assets across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.




Work closely with culinary teams to develop and launch cutting-edge menu items and promotions that align with brand positioning, customer preferences, and market trends.
Conduct product testing, pricing analysis, and competitive benchmarking to ensure the profitability and success of recent menu offerings.
Drive menu optimization initiatives based on customer feedback, sales data, and market insights.
Enhance the overall brand experience for customers across all touchpoints, including in-store, online, and mobile platforms.
Develop and implement customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and promotional activities to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and social media conversations to identify opportunities for improvement and address customer concerns proactively.
Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and brand
