Job Description:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with deep expertise in steel industry sales and a robust track record in client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value enterprise deals across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and target recent enterprise clients in manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, and construction sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organisations.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, technical) to deliver customized solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approach.




Revenue & Performance Management
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in steel sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise-level client acquisition.
Strong network within the steel-consuming industries.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
