Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a capable Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust software solutions. This role emphasizes solid backend development with Python, collaboration with front-end teams as needed, and close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural decisions, drive feature delivery, and support up-to-date delivery practices to enable business growth and digital transformation.

Software Requirements

Required Skills (Essential)
Proficiency in Python 3.x for backend development, data processing, and automation
Experience with one or more Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and REST API development
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
A minimum of 3years of experience in technology leadership and software development




Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure (at least foundational familiarity)
Experience with relational databases and SQL data modeling (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Version control experience with Git; collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Preferred Skills
Experience with NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
Exposure to data visualization, testing frameworks, or front-end integration
Certifications in Python development or cloud platforms

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services aligned with business requirements
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
