Relationship Manager (RM) – Large Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients.
Acquire current corporate customers and expand existing accounts.
Understand clients' business requirements and provide customized banking solutions.
Structure and execute corporate banking products such as:
Working Capital Finance
Term Loans
Treasury Products
Trade Finance
Foreign Exchange (FX)
Debt Capital Market (DCM) solutions
Global Transaction Services (GTS).
Prepare account plans and increase wallet share across all group companies.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Operations, Treasury, Product teams) for deal execution.
Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
Identify cross-selling prospects for salary accounts, wealth products, and other banking solutions.
