Job Purpose
The Administrative Executive provides end‑to‑end administrative support to the Claims team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient office and claims operations while maintaining service quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Send notifications to insured members to request pending requirements related to submitted claims
Provide transparent explanations to insured members for claims approved under exception basis
Inform insured members about required medical documentation for future claim submissions within the same claim category
Contact healthcare providers to follow up on pending requirements for submitted claims
Triage and assign cases to appropriate team members for further handling
Review aged pended claims and ensure proper closure in case of non‑rec
