Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and profitability of the company's overall business revenue for Digital TV for Pan india. The candidate will oversee a team of leaders across sales, operations, and client services. This executive role will play a critical part in shaping the company's Digital TV, fostering client relationships, and ensuring long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Digital TV, aligned with the overall objectives of the business.
Business Growth & Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by expanding market share, acquiring current clients, and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Client Management: Build and maintain solid executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their business goals are achieved.
Innovation and Market Insight:



Stay ahead of industry trends and identify prospects to introduce new solutions, technologies, or services that enhance the enterprise portfolio.
Operational Excellence: Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
P&L; Accountability: Manage the P&L; for the Enterprise Division, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:
Executive Experience: Preferred MBA with minimum 20 years of experience in enterprise solutions, technology, or related fields, with at least 5 years have been spent leading a national team with P & L responsibility / Senior leadership role.
Proven Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams and managing large, complex client engagements.
