Senior Sales Engineer – Air Compressor

Location: Bhubaneswar,Jharsuguda- Odisha

Salary: ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects and develop customer accounts.
Promote and sell Air Compressors, Air Treatment Systems, and related products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of Air Compressors and Compressed Air Systems.
Proven experience in technical sales and business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand industrial applications and customer requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits.

Requirements

â Candidate must have current or prior experience in Air Compressor Sales.

â Experience in selling Air Compressors, Compressed Air Systems, Air Treatment Systems, or related Industrial Equipment is mandatory.
