We are looking for a Finance Executive who is eager to work on several strategic client accounts. This position is ideal for an individual with up to 5 years of operational finance experience within an agency workplace. This person will work closely with the Finance Controller, Client Finance Business Partner and Finance analyst.
This person should have an incredibly positive attitude and be able to work well with various internal agencies and client contacts. Having a solid understanding of the agency business, and a strong working knowledge of finance and accounting will be critical.
As a Finance Executive, you will manage client deliverables, timelines, and invoicing. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for the AR finance team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Expert in AR management and revenue accounting principles as per US GAAP for large-scale operations/customers
Preparing Sales invoices and required to do payment follow-ups with customers
Monitoring customer credit limits and applying for credit insurance for new customers




Having robust skills to implement and monitor AR processes for services
Run weekly Aging Analysis of debtors
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and partner with other departments to streamline processes related to revenue and cost recognition
Deep understanding of billing and commercial aspects involved in AR operations
Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
Assist with month-end processing
Excellent in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, and Operations for guiding and implementing recent processes/ policies
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of department priorities -- specifically, supporting better customer experience, relevant management reporting, risk reduction, and efficiency
Collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize procurement goals and object
