Job Description:

AVP – Business reporting

What you’ll be doing:

Leading Business Reporting team providing regular and adhoc reports and business analysis to management.

Conducting monthly Business Review with the executive management.

Develop and implement regular reports and dashboard to provide executive view of the business to Management.

Liase with different business heads to setup regular reporting pack for different departments.

Participate / lead in the target setting exercise as well as set processes to monitor actual performance against target and highlight deviations.

Set up process for capturing recent KPIs, that may be required from time to time, in consultation with finance and business teams.

Perform adhoc analysis and provide insights on the business performances.

Who we’re looking for:

CA or more than 3 years of relevant experience in lead role.

Experience in Broking / retail / Financial services

Experience / knowledge of SQL, Python, Macro or such scripting language would be preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team and colleagues,

Can-do attitude,

Valuable presentation communication skills,
