Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship.
Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region.
Managing dealer and distributor network.
Expansion of the dealer & distribution network.
Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region.
Ensuring price & credit control.
Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region.
Optimum utilization of resources & cost management.
Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition.

Requirements
Positive communication skills

Presentable personality




3–5 years of recent experience in project sales
Preferably owns a private vehicle
Should be from the project segment with strong connections with architects, builders, and interior designers (not from a retail background)
solid connections with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers.
